Not sure what to make for breakfast this morning?

In a food coma?

I thought so.

I’ve got just the breakfast for you.

Actually I’ve gotta few.

Corn bread spread with apple butter and leftover cranberry sauce.

Green juice with spinach, kale, stevia and beets.

Vanilla yogurt with cranberry sauce and granola.

Sunny side up eggs atop mashed sweet potatoes.

Whole grain waffles or pancakes topped with cranberry sauce.

Pumpkin pie (minus the crust) mixed with yogurt, hemp seeds and gluten-free oats.

A cup of freshly sliced fruit with ground flax seeds and cashews.

Leftover brown rice with almond milk, dried cranberries and chopped pistachios.

Turkey and egg burritos.

Butternut squash, pureed pumpkin, egg whites, stevia and cocoa powder.

Place leftover stuffing into a muffin tin to make stuffing muffins.

Breakfast egg sandwich on English muffins with pesto and cranberry sauce.

Leftover quinoa with fresh fruit, arugula, avocado and lemon zest.

Curry powder, silken tofu and slivered almonds spread atop whole grain toast.
