Because all of our bodies are different, all of Amie’s anti-inflammatory recipes are vegetarian/vegan and they include options to add organic animal protein if desired. All recipes are made with one-ingredient whole foods (nothing processed) and are free of gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, corn, refined sugar, and other inflammatory ingredients.
