Welcome to The 30 Day Reset. I’m excited and grateful that you’re here taking a step towards feeling better, fighting inflammation and transforming your health with the powerful tools in this program.
This program consists of watching the below videos as well as working with the printable PDF that you received when you purchased this program. There are thousands of you doing this 30 Day Reset so I won’t be able to address all of your concerns and respond to every individual email therefore please comment below in the comment section and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to help each other and comment on each other’s comments. This is a community and we’re all in this together. We encourage you to share about your experience; this is a safe space with positive and healthy feedback only.
I wish I could do this work for you but I can’t. I had to go through 10+ years of medical hell and chronic pain myself to understand all of this. It’s up to you to keep going and to let yourself feel the emotions of frustration or sadness or emptiness or whatever it is that you’re feeling while you’re doing this reset. Sometimes when we start to detoxify our bodies, our emotions start to detox, as well, as noted below. Make yourself a priority and do what you need to do (meditation, breathwork, visualization) all of which are in this Reset for you and tools to help you get through these 30 days to reset your nervous system and relax your body so that you can digest clean, whole foods and understand the connection between what you put in your mouth and how you feel.
Go at Your Own Pace
Remember that this is not a race to complete. I have meal plans and recipes and tips for every day of the week but I want you to go at your own pace. Some of you may feel better after Day 1, others may not see a change until Day 30. We are all very, very different. Some of you will notice less insomnia, joint pain, muscle pain, bloating, dark circles under your eyes, cold hands and feet while others will notice more energy and stamina and better bowel movements. How you progress depends on your self-discipline and how much you’re able to trust yourself. Depending on your level of toxicity (from aluminum foil-heavy metals; coffee–mold; conventional/non-organic foods-pesticides/herbicides/growth hormones/antibiotics; personal care products such as shampoo-parabens; toothpaste-fluoride; tap water-chemicals and fluoride and chlorine and so much more). We all have different layer of toxicity so we’re all going to feel different on this plan depending on how much you need to detoxify and clean up in your body and depending on how many years you’ve been bombarding your body with toxins. Don’t worry, if I can get through all of this, so can you. If this Reset starts to bring up emotions for you, you can work with a therapist and also sit with yourself to feel what’s going on inside of you- no matter how painful it may be. A full body detox involves detoxing emotions that we’ve shoved down inside us since we were children. Let those emotions come out, cry if you need to and rest. I personally become more introverted than extroverted when I’m going through a detox and you may find yourself in the same place. Accept where you are and know you are exactly where you need to be. Go slow and be gentle with yourself and listen to the guided meditation and visualization to relax your nervous system if you’re overwhelmed.
