Before you dive into the below content, I’ve created a video for you addressing the issues with inflammatory ingredients and how to find the packaged foods that aren’t going to upset your tummy. Click the PLAY button below to get started.
I receive so many requests for the best (and cleanest) gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free packaged foods lining the shelves of your food stores, so I decided to create a list for you of the brands I use and love. I linked to the products so that you can purchase the products online, as well. No need to go to the store! Many other brands are listed in the back of my best-selling cookbook, Eating Clean: The 21-Day Plan to Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body.
Enjoy and let me know what you think of the products when you try them!

Hi
Please clarify from this list under “Hummus” Hope Hummus is soy free? I read that chickpeas or garbanzo means have soy. If that is the case then Hope hummus is not soy free correct?
Thank you !
Jen
Hi Jen! Hope Hummus is soy-free; you can see on their website or nutrition label. Chickpeas are not soy beans or a soy product. Some conventional brands might be adding soy to their hummus but Hope Hummus doesn’t!

Will there be a part two…?
Hi! We update this list as much as we can. You can also follow us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/amievalpone/ – we’re always posting about our favorites.
Hello I just found out I was dairy free and gluten free what are substitute foods. Lost right before Thanksgiving.
Hi Kelly! There are so many good options. Here’s our crash course on a gluten-free Thanksgiving: https://thehealthyapple.com/crash-course-gluten-free-thanksgiving/
I am almost a month into eating plant based foods, however since I cannot have soy bean protein at all it is limiting me to plant based beef and no chicken substitute. Do any brands have soy free plant based chicken?
Hi Kelly – we don’t use a lot of meat substitutes. Instead, we prefer adding ingredients like chickpeas or toasted nuts to meals for protein.
Quorn brand “chicken “is soy free and very tasty.
Is your cookbook dairy soy and gluten free
Hi Tina – yes! The recipes in Eating Clean are all anti-inflammatory: no gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, corn, peanuts, or refined-sugar.
Some of the items you listed as Soy and Milk free are NOT! You may want to revise your list!
Hi JC, Can you be more specific with what items listed are not Soy and Milk free?
Amie my son has a company with products called Evo Hemp. He uses American grown Hemp seeds, has a gluten free, soy free, dairy free organic nutrition bar, Evo Hemp bars. Check them out! Also his own hemp powder, hemp oil, hemp crunch snacks.
Very cool; thank you Wendy!
Wendy, I just ordered some. Thank you for the recommendation!!!! God bless you.
I cannot seem to find anything in your cookbook or here that let’s me know what kind of tortillas you buy. The ones in the photo of your millet and veghie breakfast tacos look beautiful and I have tried different brands some are awful and some just okay but I love doing wraps and was wondering what you have found. Thanks.
Try Food for Life tortillas!! Thanks Holly.
