** Bob’s Red Mill products are gluten-free and dairy-free. However, they may be manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy, so please be sure to check the labels if you are soy intolerant.

  1. Hi
Please clarify from this list under “Hummus” Hope Hummus is soy free? I read that chickpeas or garbanzo means have soy. If that is the case then Hope hummus is not soy free correct?
    Thank you !
    Jen

    1. Hi Jen! Hope Hummus is soy-free; you can see on their website or nutrition label. Chickpeas are not soy beans or a soy product. Some conventional brands might be adding soy to their hummus but Hope Hummus doesn’t!

  3. Hello I just found out I was dairy free and gluten free what are substitute foods. Lost right before Thanksgiving.

  4. I am almost a month into eating plant based foods, however since I cannot have soy bean protein at all it is limiting me to plant based beef and no chicken substitute. Do any brands have soy free plant based chicken?

    1. Hi Kelly – we don’t use a lot of meat substitutes. Instead, we prefer adding ingredients like chickpeas or toasted nuts to meals for protein.

  5. Amie my son has a company with products called Evo Hemp. He uses American grown Hemp seeds, has a gluten free, soy free, dairy free organic nutrition bar, Evo Hemp bars. Check them out! Also his own hemp powder, hemp oil, hemp crunch snacks.

  6. I cannot seem to find anything in your cookbook or here that let’s me know what kind of tortillas you buy. The ones in the photo of your millet and veghie breakfast tacos look beautiful and I have tried different brands some are awful and some just okay but I love doing wraps and was wondering what you have found. Thanks.
