Hello March.

It’s good to see you.

Spring is almost here and I’m getting excited for some sunshine and warmer weather. March is always a toss up between snowstorms, blizzards and spring-like weather. Who knows what we’ll get this year. We shall see.

This month is all about Feeling. Take time this month to sit back and feel your emotions. It’s not something that we are taught how to do as children, nor is it something that many of us know how to do, but it’s important for your overall health to feel your emotions instead of shoving your emotions down because you don’t want to feel them. That simply won’t do you any good and will lead to your emotions bottling up and you exploding/yelling/reacting at someone in the future. Not fun.

These songs will help you feel a bit more and help you get back into your body and out of your head. Think of them as guiding you out of your head and into your heart, where you belong. Really feel this music, close your eyes and get into your body. Let yourself feel more and breathe a bit deeper. Your body will thank you.
