As the weather starts to cool down, these crisp Autumn mornings remind me to take time to enjoy the beauty in the change of seasons. Mother Nature is pretty extraordinary, isn’t she? The seasons come and go. They flow into each other and it’s something that never dawned on me before. The seasons remind us that change is good and is necessary. Life is full of changes and I’ve gone through my fair share of changes in the last few years coming out of chronic health issues. Change can be scary but when you trust yourself enough, the fear goes away.
