Hello Autumn.

It’s nice to see you.

My favorite part of this time of the year is all the pretty red and yellow leaves on the the trees… and the ones that cover Central Park like a pretty quilted blanket.

As much as I love pumpkins and baking healthy comfort foods this time of the year… there are also a few other odds n’ ends that I’ve discovered and wanted to share with you.

Enjoy!

  1. I love the simplicity of that brass table lamp! Thank you for sharing the odds and ends you’ve discovered. I’ve been curious about Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour; I regularly use several other GF varieties and would love to test out the coconut flour!

  2. What wonderful picks for autumn! This really is my favorite time of year. I really appreciate this website. It has provided much needed guidance as I continue on my way towards better health. Cheers!

  4. I would love to find some coconut flour as I can’t find it in our small little town! Have to drive an hour to get the good stuff! 🙂

  5. I Love Coconut Flour!! I’ve used a different brand in the past, but I use some of Bob’s other gluten free flours so I’m sure the coconut flour is good as well.

  6. My husband made me yummy cupcakes with coconut flour for my birthday. I can’t wait to try other recipes with Bob’s Red Mill! If I win:)
