I will be in NYC on Saturday for the Radio City Music Show. Are there any gluten free delis/restaurants in the area that you know of?

Thank you for your help and for your website – I love it!

Sicnerely,
Mary

Hi Mary,

I know this is almost a month late, but what did you find in NYC? I was just there a few months back and found Vic’s Bagel Bar. They have gluten-free NY bagels! Amazing place! http://vicsbagelbar.com

Warmly,

Elyse

Hi Amie, my name is Jan. I just looked up one of your recipes for pumpkin cinnamon loaf. It had a story about you and doctors and stuff I never knew about you. I have been through some similarities. After leukemia, 6 strokes, 1 heart attack and 160 lbs later. I have arrived at much the same place. I have learned I have a problem with dairy and other food allergies. I have been translating a lot of old favorites and revising them so I can still have that taste of old. I would love to meet you some time. But the greatest thing that I discovered, was that a lot of recipes called for yogurt or greek yogurt. I mix 2/3 c of Better Than Sour Cream, and 1/3 c of Coconut Creamer. Works for my favorite Chicken Tikka Masala.

Hi! My friend Meagan Madill (she’s practically family now!) posted a link to your recipe for vegan almond cookies. As someone who is married to a vegan, and who herself took 10 years to finally transition to a full vegan diet, I have been really interested in finding healthy and delicious recipes that fit my new lifestyle. Meagan, who is a wonderful addition to my extended family has been over to celebrate Christmas and Easter, (where I made a vegan/gluten free gravy!) and now over the upcoming holidays I can make all sorts of delicious treats that suit both of our needs and taste delicious too! I can’t wait to try out all the recipes! Thanks for the wonderful ideas!

ps – I don’t have a website so I added my vegan husband’s site for location sound audio…just in case you ever need it! :P
