There’s a bunch of them and many more to come.

Because, as we all know, these days we all have to ‘Be our OWN doctor’ and take the time to research, learn and challenge your current and future doctors because your health is in your hands.  I’ve learned through the past few years that you can’t rely solely on doctors to catch everything. I’ve met and worked with the most amazing and dedicated doctors all over the country, even Mayo Clinic, but many have missed numerous vital issues and important ailments that should have been addressed. I created these tips to help you, my readers and fans, to challenge your doctors and keep on top of your own health. The past ten years my doctors have missed my chronic low white blood cell counts, abnormal bone marrow, hypothyroid and Lyme disease, to name just a few, and I wish I had been my own doctor many years ago when all of this started because I’d be way ahead of the game.
