In a large bowl, soak cashews in cold water; set aside to soak for 3-4 hours. Drain.
In a food processor, combine cashews, brewed white tea, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, and sea salt. Process until smooth; approximately 5-6 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 24 hours or until mixture thickens.
Serve with whole grain gluten-free tortilla chips, crudites and fresh fruit skewers. Can also be used atop grilled tofu, salads and pilafs. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
