  1. In a large skillet, saute the bell peppers with the olive oil and onion until the peppers and onions are tender and the onions are translucent. Set aside.
  2. In a large food processor, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, sauteed bell peppers and onions, cranberries, basil, parsley, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  3. Lower heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the sauce is naturally sweetened from the cranberries. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve warm.
