Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white cannellini beans or from BPA-free cans, drained
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; puree until very smooth. Transfer to a bowl and serve. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
