Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or any other dried fruit you have such as raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except cranberries) in a large mixing bowl; toss to combine to ensure everything is coated with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired crispiness. Remove from the oven; set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving; add dried cranberries and toss to combine.
  5. Recipe will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for a week.
