12 tortillas whole grain gluten-free tortillas
extra-virgin olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a flat surface, using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut each tortilla into 6 triangles. Transfer triangles to a large bowl; toss with remaining ingredients. Make sure each tortilla is coated in oil.
Transfer coated triangles to a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven; set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve alone or with salsa, hummus or guacamole.
