Juice of 1 large orange
sesame seed paste
or extra-virgin olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl, toss the Swiss chard, apples, walnuts, quinoa and parlsey.
In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the Swiss chard mixture. Season to taste with the sea salt and pepper. Use less orange juice if you'd like less of a sweet taste. Toss the salad to combine and serve immediately.
