Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Raspberry jam no-sugar added, for serving
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the jam in a food processor until very smooth and a dough consistency forms. Remove the dough from the food processor and roll into 8 small balls.
  2. Use your thumb to make an indention in the center of the balls. Before serving, fill each hole with a small spoonful of jam.
  3. Serve or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
