Ingredients
  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1 Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth. The crema is best consumed as soon as it’s made.
