nyc fashion

Winter is slowly coming to an end but there’s still a chill in the air in Manhattan. So, I wanted to share a few items that I’m loving right now to keep you cozy until that Spring weather pops up. As many of you know, in my past life (10 years ago), I worked in fashion design at Ralph Lauren and then at VOGUE Magazine so my love for fashion is O’ so big. I wanted to start including a few of my favorite picks for you each month to show you what I’m loving right now. Why? Well, because I’ve gone from a size 00 to a LOT larger with all the 70 pounds of fluid I put on the last few years from hormones and treatments and so I had to learn how to dress myself and look presentable even though I couldn’t fit into my clothes. So, this is my way of sharing some fun wearable items with you every month because when don’t feel so fabulous inside, a little outward pick-me-up can help brighten your day.

Enjoy!

Hi, I'm Amie!

I’m here to share my story of healing with you. I know what it’s like to suffer and not know what’s going on with your body. I’ve been there. I was lost, searching for answers and alone for 10 years until I learned how to get my body working for me, not against me—to address the underlying symptoms instead of using a Band-aid approach to reclaim my vitality. I want to show you that eating and living clean feels incredible. Once you see life this way, you’ll never go back. Ever. Come play along with me on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter. I’m here for you. xo
