It’s a fairly simple dish.

I like to keep food simple.

Simple is good.

Simple is just plain o’ simple and when you’re in a time crunch or you’re not in the mood to create a lavish dish, simple is just about all you need.

Especially when it’s summer.

And all you wanna do is soak up the sun.

Read a food magazine.

And sip on a freshly brewed iced tea.

Not spend hours slaving over your stove.

Just a few mere minutes next to your ol’ grill and you’re all set with this one.

Yes, you heard me correctly. A few minutes and you’ve gotta side dish that’ll knock your socks off.

Wanna bite?

  1. Oh, how perfect! We’re getting married next year and I’ve been checking out invitations on Minted already! I love the invitation called float + spring shades

Mmmm, looks delicious, can’t wait to try this recipe out!

  2. What a beautiful giveaway! I love the Paris and Vintage one. Stationary reminds me of old times…simple times indeed. Thank you for introducing us to a fabulous site!

Simple meals – AMEN. I get exhausted just looking and reading recipes/blogs with extensive to-do’s or ingredients. But then I always get confused too…so many bloggers love to read about food, write about it, look at recipes – but then do just keep it simple with meals. So is it healthy to be so involved in food then? I don’t know anymore…

    1. Thank you so much; so great to hear from you darling! Read what you love and you’ll be happy…don’t worry about what everyone else is reading as long as you are happy!

  3. The combination of sweet peaches and tangy balsamic sounds incredible! I hope you’re feeling better from last week. Can’t wait to see you next!!
