    1. Thank you, Sherilyn. Hope you enjoy them…they’re fun to make and quite refreshing. Enjoy and have a fabulous evening.

    1. Ditto to that; I love being on the beach on the off hours when the sun is setting and the day is cooling off…it’s so relaxing and beautiful.
      Have a great day, Sylvie.

  1. Summer…looking out over the River on a beautiful day and just thanking God. Thanking Him.

No matter how much pain I’m in. No matter how bad my binging was. No matter how much I hate myself…

    Thanking Him.

I am off to read your articles Ms. Amie – you are such a star!

    1. Awwww you just made me smile, thank you. But you are the Star darling. Looking out over a river sounds beautiful and it’s always wonderful thanking God for giving us everything we have been given, especially this life and beautiful weather.
      Have a great night.

  2. yum! found the cukes this morning, and modified it based on the other fruit i had … used mango and raspberry, subbed a grapefruit for the orange, and used half basil half mint so my basil didn’t get entirely clipped :). sipping the leftovers and it’s great, light and fresh! i’d probably peel half the cucumber the next time, these weren’t organic and the skins are a bit bitter. thanks for the recipe!

    1. Thanks Bethany! Ooooo I love mint…I bet it tasted amazing…wish I lived closer so I could come over and tate ’em.
      Have a great day.

  3. oh that sounds good! never thought of cukes as a base, will grab some the next time i’m out and give it whirl :).
summer favorites? popsicles on the porch, sleepy sticky kids, beach trips, late nights with jars of fireflies, smelling the neighbor’s dinners wafting through the window, night breezes, making time for good books, happy letters from my boy at camp, splashing in the backyard pool, fresh herbs on my porch! i could go on … 😉

    1. So great to hear from you, Bethany! Hope you are well. I miss you darling and hope all’s well with the family…your summer favorites sound fabulous and very relaxing. Love those fireflies and night breezes. Have a great day.
