Fresh Fennel.
These beautiful bulbs created a delicious aroma in my kitchen that lingered all day long.
I purchased 4 fennel bulbs last weekend and decided to create a batch of baked fennel crisps.
Yes, I suggest you go purchase a few bulbs and get started on this one.
This recipe is a beauty.
The kinda keeper that you ‘keep’ forever printed out and tucked inside your favorite cookbooks.
These lil’ fennel disks were gone within the hour.
A perfect snack to enjoy with hummus.
And the perfect addition to any salad, soup, burger or omelet.

What a great idea! I never know what to do with fennel. I just know my tummy likes fennel tea when it’s angry. 🙂 I will definitely try this!
Thanks Stephanie…so glad to hear you like the fennel idea…they are so tender and sweet…I’m a bit obsessed and making them a few times a week. They smell amazing cooking in the kitchen.
Hope you enjoy them!

Oh I’m sure I will. First I have to buy some though 😉
Hope you enjoy the fennel, Steph. It’s my new summertime staple…so tasty n’ naturally sweet. Enjoy! xo
Are you completely GF? And dairy?
Yes, I am completely gluten-free and lactose-intolerant. The past few years I have been able to eat Greek yogurt and a bit of dairy, however as of the past few months, I’ve had to cut out all dairy and soy from my diet due to my stomach problems. I’ve also realized that all grains bother my stomach, therefore I have not been consuming any grains. Hope this information was helpful; have a great weekend!
Perfect timing! I have some fennel in my fridge that is begging to be transformed into this. Thanks heaps.
That is perfect timing! I hope you enjoy this recipe. I’m in love with fennel this summer and can’t wait to create more recipes! Have a great weekend!

It smells amazing; I’m in love with it…seriously I think I’ll make it every week, hehe. Have a great day!
