Fresh Fennel.

Just the way I like it.

These beautiful bulbs created a delicious aroma in my kitchen that lingered all day long.

So subtle, yet so sweet.

I purchased 4 fennel bulbs last weekend and decided to create a batch of baked fennel crisps.

Yes, I suggest you go purchase a few bulbs and get started on this one.

This recipe is a beauty.

And a keeper.

The kinda keeper that you ‘keep’ forever printed out and tucked inside your favorite cookbooks.

These lil’ fennel disks were gone within the hour.

A perfect snack to enjoy with hummus.

And the perfect addition to any salad, soup, burger or omelet.

Yum. Yum.

    1. Yes, I am completely gluten-free and lactose-intolerant. The past few years I have been able to eat Greek yogurt and a bit of dairy, however as of the past few months, I’ve had to cut out all dairy and soy from my diet due to my stomach problems. I’ve also realized that all grains bother my stomach, therefore I have not been consuming any grains. Hope this information was helpful; have a great weekend!
