Go ahead, give ’em a shot, these chips are unreal…sweet n’ savory…just how I like ’em.

And perfect for your Love Day dessert.

Dark Chocolate Covered Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 large bushel of kale
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 tsp. chili powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Roughly chop kale into 1 inch chip-like size pieces.  Spread kale evenly onto baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Place into the oven; bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Remove from oven.  Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.  Sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder.
  6. Serve.
