Hi, I'm Amie!

I’m here to share my story of healing with you. I know what it’s like to suffer and not know what’s going on with your body. I’ve been there. I was lost, searching for answers and alone for 12 years until I learned how to get my body working for me, not against me—to address the underlying symptoms instead of using a Band-aid approach to reclaim my vitality. I want to show you that eating and living clean feels incredible. Once you see life this way, you’ll never go back. Ever. Come play along with me on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter. I’m here for you.

  1. I just recently purchased the Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbbok. I have made the Zucchini Bread and the Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies . They both were yummy. I used honey instead of the agave nectar and that’s only because I don’t like agave.
There are sweet and savory recipes in it. I think you would enjoy the book.
Enjooy the rest of your weekend.

  2. Love the passion and cool recipes pushing our niche market into the mainstream! Love a blendtec blender as well! Thanks…

  3. Amie, can’t tell you how much I enjoy your wealth of knowledge and the info that you share. Sending you a warm smiley hug to wrap your day in, so wish I were in New York so I could experience you (and dinner) first-hand. Take care…

  4. I love these posts! Its fun to learn about new products and also hear that someone else likes some of the same things as you! I just received that cookbook by Elana Amsterdam. She has wonderful recipes!
