Let’s talk about how amazing this little parfait treat is, k?
OMG.
I’m not one to brag about my recipes but come ON.
Can you not dive right into this?
Like, do you not want to face plant head first into this jar of yumminess?
Thought so.
Dairy-free desserts never looked so good.
I could barely take pictures of this recipe without licking my fingers clean.
The coconut yogurt alone is enough to lure me in.
And the cherries?
O the cherries.
Why do I not use more cherries?
This made me feel like a little kid drinking a Shirley Temple.
So fun.
This is like the treat that saves.
Saves what?
Everything.
Trust me. You’ll get it once you make it.
And when you do, leave me a comment because you’ll wanna have it for breakfast or a snack or dessert every.single.gosh.darn. day.
Yes, you will.
Enjoy!

Yum! Might have to add some dark chocolate!
I have got to try this! I’ve never had coconut yogurt Mmmm sounds great!
This looks wonderful! Great, fun breakfast, I’m thinking. Only problem is that where I live, and I don’t often get to the city, coconut yogurt isn’t available (along with a long list of other ingredients that I need for clean eating). Is there a source for the culture so I could try making my own? I make my own blender coconut milk that works fine for most recipes, but I’d like to try making my own yogurt… then I could make this!
Yum! I’m always looks for easy breakfast recipes I can make ahead and grab in the morning on my way to work! I am going to try this and add goji berries 🙂
Oh my goodness!
I’m currently on a diet and Ive been soda free for the last 3 months. Ive been looking for delicious dessert ideas to keep me up with my diet and not ruining the hard work! This recipe looks yummy and easy to make. I havent tried pumpkin seeds yet! Excited to make this at home 🙂
Yummy
yum love these for the morning. Much better than the already prepared ones out there
Looks absolutely fantastic. I LOVE pumpkin seeds and often snack on them when I feel a bit peckish. I think I might try this but leave out the extra honey/maple syrup and see how it tastes. Thanks for the inspiration 🙂
bună ziua,
Vă mulţumesc pentru aceste utile informaţii.
This looks like a perfect dessert!
Sugar count is way high at 29g – isn’t there a way to get the sugar content down to 5g?
It’s not added sugar Jan- it’s the sugar from food like tomatoes, fruits, etc. not added sugar. Thanks!!
I’ve been playing around all summer with different combos in my yogurt parfaits. This looks scrumptious. Thanks for sharing!
That looks delicious and I know it’s healthy. Also I would like to win one of the bottles of 7 Sources.
Breakfast is my favorite meal. This is going on my list of must try’s.
Sounds delicious! I live in the Deep South, where good wholesome, organic foods are not available. Most fruits and veggies are on the verge of rotten by the time they hit the shelves, so this is doable for me. PS – I’d LOVE to win the Flora giveaway. Since moving here, my autoimmune disorder has spiraled out of control.
It looks delicious!
