This post was created in partnership with ALDI. All opinions are our own.

I’m all about an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, which many of you know by now through following me on social media, this website and my book, Eating Clean. Eating this way is what helped me get through 10 years of chronic health issues and opened my eyes to a whole new way of living. It’s a lifestyle – not a diet. It’s not about eating a kale salad and turning around and chewing sugar-free gum or drinking a low calorie drink that’s full of fake sugars.

Eating (and drinking) a clean, whole food, anti-inflammatory lifestyle is about focusing on one-ingredient whole foods, which is why I teamed up with ALDI for the launch of their Hello Healthy program to help people like you learn about wellness and healthy eating.

I’m living proof that being mindful of eating clean, whole foods is a fast way to jump start the health of your organs and systems (nervous system, immune system, etc.) and improve your digestion. I know it can seem daunting to be ‘healthy’ but it doesn’t have to be boring. Your food can make you feel alive and vibrant again.

Like I talked about on Instagram, my life is full of flavor because if you don’t have flavor in your food, folks, then you’ll get bored and you’ll reach for processed foods that will leave you feeling bloated, lethargic and just plain ol’ foggy brained. Once you open your world to the flavors of whole foods and let your taste buds get accustomed to natural sweetness from fruits and veggies, instead of fake sweeteners, your whole life will change and you’ll see huge improvements in your energy, your skin and your overall body.

By now you’ve seen my previous ALDI Meal Plans (and if you haven’t… check them out for easy meal prep for your week – they even come with a shopping list already made for you). All the links are below…

For today’s post, I created a meal plan just for you with my recipes and ALDI recipes so you can enjoy a week of fresh, wholesome goodness without feeling like you are deprived and hungry. The last thing you should feel is hungry or deprived when you are eating clean. If you are feeling hungry or deprived, then add in more raw (or soaked) nuts and seeds, avocado, coconut oil and gluten-free whole grains such as quinoa and wild rice to your meals and snacks.

As I mentioned in two recipe posts (Avocado and Apple Kale Salad with Creamy Cashew Dressing and Creamy Cauliflower Soup) and in my previous Meal Plan Posts (my Cozy Warm Winter Salads and my 2 Clean Eating Bowls), I’m working with ALDI on their beautiful Hello, Healthy program, which is a healthy living resource. This program includes videos, meal plans and recipes that you can dive into and get on the table on your busy weeknights and your relaxing weekend evenings.

So, take advantage of these FREE meal plans and FREE shopping lists and give yourself a pat on the back for taking care of yourself. Your body will thank you!

Head on over to the ALDI blog to check out my third yummy meal plan as well as the handy shopping list that goes along with these recipes!

Enjoy and have a beautiful day.

xx
