Do you have any or know of healthy recipes for someone that has gastroparesis. I want to be able to eat, drink and be as healthy as I can. I got some of The Greek Gods yogurt, went to their website and saw that alot of their recipes were from you. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks, Betty

Thanks Betty; great to hear from you! I would love to help you but I don’t focus on gastroparesis. You can focus on recipes with pure juices such as apple, cranberry, tomato and prune juice. You may also tolerate soft homemade applesauce, peaches and pears cooked well and put into the food processor for smoothies and soups and homemade juices. Also, Chobani, Stonyfield and Fage make great Greek yogurts that you may enjoy. Good luck Betty and have a great night!

I’m getting married Nov 8, and need to loose 50 lbs I have already joined my local YMCA I’m spinning , swimming , & walking, I’m diabetic & I have fibromyalgia, with slightly high cholesterol, can you suggest some easy inexpensive meals for my son & I who also has weight problems?

I have been searching the internet to find a sort of detox/cleanse diet. I really don’t want to do the juices or any pills. I know for a fact that I eat too much gluten and have decided to do a gluten detox diet, I came across your site and I love it. I am wondering if you have sample menus for a gluten detox diet? Also, do you have any recommendations on how long I should do such a cleanse for? Thank you!

Jessica, I don’t recommend doing juice fasts but you can cut out gluten, soy, dairy, sugar and processed food- I suggest eating 100% organic on a cleanse so you are not ingesting toxins for a month and see how you feel. I have a free meal plan on my website and on my FB page. Hope you enjoy it!!
