Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body with Amie Valpone

Do you feel like you’re barely breathing and calling it a life? You’re tired. You’re stressed. You struggle to create balance in your life, and in your heart you know that there must be a better way to live.  You’ve probably heard conflicting viewpoints about everything related to wellness such as how to treat unwelcomed symptoms, how to break free of negative thought patterns, and what to eat to fight inflammation. Chances are you’re struggling to find someone that understands what’s going on with your health, and you need  someone who has been thereto show you how to do-it-yourself. I hear you. Being healthy can seem overwhelming and exhausting. Know that you are not alone. Take a deep breathe. I get it. Trust me, I was there once, too and I’m here to show you how to transition from feeling tired, achy, and miserable to feeling better than you ever have. I did it, and you can, too! TheHealthyApple.com and my cookbook were written to give you the courage and the tools to embrace this new lifestyle and reclaim your health.

I’m Amie Valpone, HHC, AADP, best-selling author of the cookbook, Eating Clean: The 21-Day Plan to Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body. celebrity chef, motivational speaker and wellness expert. It’s my passion to help struggling men and women find balance in their lives and with their health (hormones, gut health, weight gain, autoimmune disease, etc.). After spending 10 years struggling with health issues such as Lyme disease, Polycystic ovarian syndrome, C-diff colitis, mold, heavy metals, Hypothyroidism, Leaky gut, and much more, I spent countless years working with the best Functional/Integrative M.D’s and hands-on healers, studying, learning, teaching and figuring out how to be healthy in a real way. I started The Healthy Apple in 2009 to inspire, uplift, heal, connect with and help you help yourself. If I can heal from a decade of diagnoses, imagine what you can do!

I LOVE what I do. It’s my passion to see men and women’s faces light up with hope, when they decide reclaim their power and make changes in their lives. I’m here to hold your hand. When you start seeing the challenges in your life as opportunities for growth and well-being, something magical begins to happen. Believe in yourself, challenge your doctor, eat clean, live clean, and accept nothing less than your best life ahead.

xo,

Amie
