Do you have quick recipe recommendations for college students? I am a vegan and I love to cook but I do not always have the time, and I am afraid I may be lacking some of the food groups in my diet.

Is this an updated list? I recommend salmon and rainbow trout also. What is your typical breakfast? I’d love some ideas.
Thanks Jane; great to hear from you. Yes, I just updated this list; I am not sure if I’ve ever had rainbow trout but I’ll have to try it; thanks for the suggestion. For breakfast, I usually have eggs with avocado and cooked greens. Sometimes I’ll have Greek yogurt with nuts and greens, coked Brussels sprouts or baked eggplant with cinnamon and stevia.
