A Few of Amie’s Favorites

Raw Nuts- Raw nuts are better for you than roasted because when foods that contain oil are exposed to heat, the oil becomes rancid and rancid fats destroy vitamin A.

Nori-You have seen Nori when dining in Japanese/Sushi restaurants.  Nori has a delicious taste-it is the seaweed wrapping that is what holds your sushi rice together.  These Nori sheets are sold in sheets and are delicious wrapped with avocado/tofu/beans/turkey and sprouts with some salsa and humus.

Kimchi-This Japanese cabbage is sold in health food stores and is a delicious side dish or snack full of healthful benefits.

Hot Sauce-For the foodie who loves to eat spicy food shake some hot sauce over your meal for a low calorie option that packs a big punch!

Brown Rice Miso Paste (Soybean Puree)-Great to spread on rice cakes and crackers or added to a soup/stew for flavoring.

I have been trying to acces this Blog for a while. I was using Chrome then when I tried Safari, it worked just great? Just wanted to bring this to your attention. This is really good blog. I have a few myself. I really like your layout. I know this is off topic but,did you make this design yourself,or buy from somewhere?

Oooops! *yogurt.

By the way, I am happy to see that you are ‘promoting’ the plain and not the flavored (sugar packed) yogurt.
