Gluten-Free 'Creamy' Black Rice Soft Tacos
1 cup uncooked black rice 6 gluten-free organic corn tortillas ¼ cup Sabra plain hummus 1 cup salsa 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds ¼ tsp. sea salt ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp. fresh orange zest ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup organic sprouts Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in the oven for 5 minutes or until toasted. Remove from oven; top with cooked black rice, hummus, salsa, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cilantro and orange zest. Serve warm.
