Easy Gluten-Free Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 2 slices whole grain gluten-free bread, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. hummus
  • 1 Tbsp. pesto
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced organic carrots
  • 1 cup organic sprouts
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions
  1. Spread 1 slice bread with hummus and the other slice with pesto. Top with carrots and sprouts. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Place pesto slice on top of the hummus slice to form a sandwich. Slice in half and serve.
