Ingredients

3 large zucchini, grated
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 large eggs, whisked
1/4 avocado, mashed
1 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. emmer flour
2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
