Avocado Crema.

Ahhhhhhhh. Just the sound of this recipe makes me want to dive in and smother it on every cracker and veggie I can find. I’m sharing today’s recipe from my friend Lexi from the blog, Lexi’s Clean Kitchen. This recipe is featured in her new cookbook, Lexi’s Clean Kitchen.

I can’t wait to share this with you. Come on and see what’s inside so you can whip up this baby tonight!

When Lexi sent me her cookbook I was amazed at all of the beautiful recipes inside and it was so hard for me to choose just one to share with you. The recipes are clean, paleo-friendly and fabulous. After debating with myself for an hour over which recipe to make, I chose this Avocado Crema because just the name is enough to make you want to salivate and eat it with a spoon. Am I right?

Well, I did just that. Me, my spoon and the crema.

Ridiculously good and so light and satisfying.

You’re going to thank me next week (actually you can thank Lexi because she created this masterpiece).

The recipe is quite simple, all you’ve got to do is put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and you’ve got yourself a delicious crema. It doesn’t get any easier than this folks.

Dig in, have fun and check out Lexi’s new cookbook. I know you’ll love it.

Enjoy!
