      1. The recipe pictured at the top of this page … What’s the name of it? I’m not seeing anything like it in the list. Looks like zucchini, corn & pasta.

  1. Well…hi girls.

Are men allowed in here? *wary

I know how this sounds, but…I am an avid bodybuilder and I love to bake and cook. Don’t make fun of me, okay?

This set of recipes sets me up for some original month – I will be trying each and every one. Yes, I do know some of them, but in slight variations…

So thank you Amie – you are a pure gold.

  2. How did I miss this until today??? What a fabulous list, Amie! So much I can enjoy on it, too. And THANK YOU for including my nori rolls–mmm!! I think I need to make them again soon. . . . 😀 xo

  3. AMIE,

WHAT A LIST I CAN’T WAIT TO TRY SOME OF THESE THANK YOU SO MUCH HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND KEEP THEM COMING

  4. I was so happy to come across this list! I am quite health conscious and always looking for new *AND EASY* ways to drop some weight. I have quite a few friends who are gluten intolerant and have opened my eyes to the world of gluten free cooking and I am always looking for new recipes! I would highly recommend the website http://www.ninacucina.com/. I recently purchased her book, Nina Cucina: Your Healthy Gourmet and I have become addicted to gluten free recipes! I am not a great cook but I found this book (and website) so informative and so easy to follow. For every single recipe the author, Nina Pucillo, gives the nutritional value of each dish and step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the dish. All of the dishes featured in the book are totally gluten-free and Nina has included many recipes that are dairy-free too! Thanks for sharing! I hope my suggestion helps too! 🙂

  5. What a list! These are exactly the kinds of foods I need to be eating more of, they will definitely help me with part of my living better goal for the year 🙂

    <3 you!

  6. Wow, Amie! What an amazing list of incredibly healthy gluten-free recipes from bloggers that I wholeheartedly admire–really an honor. And the best way to ring in the new year. Thanks so much for the lovely shout out! xoxo
