Orange Goodness

by Amie on September 12, 2011

It’s orange juice.

But with a bit of pizzaz.

Gluten-free and vegan pizzaz, that is!

Simply said.

Simply done.

Add a little bit of sunshine.

And of course, some love.

And you’re all set.

Here’s to the end of summer.

It’s sip by sip pure goodness.

Doesn’t get any better than this.

Orange Goodness

Gluten-Free and Vegan

Serves 2

  • Juice from 2 large oranges
  • Juice from 1 large grapefruit
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup seltzer
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced

  1. Combine all ingredients in pitcher; mix well to combine.  Set aside in the sunshine for 1 hour.
  2. Transfer into two serving glasses.  Serve atop ice cubes.
  3. Enjoy.

I’m stopping by Wegmans today, pulling out the blender when I get home from school, and planning a healthy ‘good-bye toast’ to summer.

Thanks for the easy transition to fall!

Who knew I would come across such a great find. I was searching for Avocado Muffins, saw your 2009 post for Dark Choc. Av. Muffins then became more curious and clicked on “Home”. Great sight Aimee.
I love the healthy orange goodness you describe above. Wonderful!
Now I’m off to make those muffins :)
