I recently received a fabulous surprise from MaraNathat Nut Butters, who sent me a package of their nut butters to try…let’s just say I had a wee bit of fun recipe testing with these tasty nut butters…
Macadamia Nut Butter
Sunflower Seed Butter
Honey Almond Butter
Organic Peanut Butter
Cashew Butter
My favorite nut butter? Hmmmm…that’s a tough one; I’d have to say it’s a close tie between the Macadamia Nut Butter and the Honey Almond Butter…they ‘knocked my socks off’ and I created delicious recipes from breakfast pancakes to dinner peanut sauce to decadent desserts…
There’s something special about nut butters…they’re not just for your typical PB&J…they compliment any dish and keep your meals exciting, as well as your taste buds yearning for more!

I love to add nut butter directly to my breakfast grains to give them extra creamy texture and nutty flavor.
Honestly, I have not tried any nut butters. I know. I should be very ashamed. I’m sort of afraid to buy any b/c I hear how fantastic and addicting they are. So, alas, no recipe. However, if I were to win a macadamia nut butter, I think your recipe would be the first one I’d make. How’s that for an answer
Yummmy; thanks Heather…great answer! I hope you try the nut butters soon…they’re quite delishy…Have a great day!
I added the giveaway to my blog post today. http://ow.ly/1n7Bj

I love to stir nut butter into oatmeal, which I have almost every morning! I toast rolled oats in butter, then add boiling water and let them cook. When they’re done, I add milk, a pinch of salt, and whatever nut butter I have on hand. Sometimes half of a sliced banana, too. Mmm!

I love eating nut butter all alone but there is nothing better than mixing some into a fresh hot bowl of steel cut oats with some cinnamon and vanilla. The oats melt the nut butter and just a little bit goes so far. It is by far my favorite combination but I’ll put nut butter on almost anything I eat!
It must be my lucky day… I love Maranatha nut butters… awesome giveaway
